Try http://www.mykaratestore.com. They are here in Colorado, but look like an internet-only store. I'd contact them and see what the deal is. I don't know of anyone else who has them locally. Tigron used to have some PVC dummies, but I think someone bought out Tigron and it's closed.
Reply:i know this is going to sound strange and get a couple of thumbs down, but build one out of pvc pipes, unless it's cheaper to buy one
