I met a very talented Baqua instructor once while performing a Wing Chun Demo. His first name was Thomas or Tom, and he demonstrated the striking and throwing applications for all the palm changes in one form. I have seen only one other Baqua zhang instructors demonstrating these applications, and he was a very old man in China. I'd like to identify and locate this gentleman.

Any help finding Tom would be most appreciated. Also, he was training an American female instructor, if Tom is retired, she would be a great substitute.
Does anyone know an American Baqua instructor in the Greater NYC area of Italian heritage?
