thank you
Where can i take part in martial arts compations for wing chun and other martial arts?
You don't say what experience you already have at competition or level of contact. Why not try the national circuit for NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association or the NBL (National Black-belt League)? While they make you wear pads in fighting it is all styles and some of the national and international tournaments are known for not giving a point in the adult black belt divisions for just a touch to the head or face or just playing tag. Body shots are pretty much full force. That might be a good place for you to start in testing your skills. If you do well then there are some other tournaments out there that have some modified rules that allow even harder contact and/or continuous sparring-most all will require a glove of some kind though in this country.
I can also tell you from personal experience that I have seen very few who have developed their skills and athlectic abilities whereby they can take a style such as yours and fight effectively using its techniques against more direct and linear type fighting styles. I have firsthand seen a competitor like yourself paired against an overzealous linear style fighter who sent him to the hospital at such a tournament. While I don't condone that type of thing it does say something about what you are looking at doing and I would start at those national tounrments first, testing your skills there, and see how well you do and what if any changes you need to make.
Also at many of these tournaments you see flyers for some tournaments like what you are looking for where it is only soft or Chinese styles type fighting , but with gear on and check out the web site below for some of these as well. Good luck!

Reply:You're just looking to get hurt fighting without gloves. Do you have something to prove? Do it smart, don't be an idiot.
