For the love of all that is good and holy, stay the hell away from _ing _un. Seriously. It is girly slap fighting at unrealistic close quarters, and will do nothing good for you.
Take: boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, BJJ, Sambo... Something with a proven track record, and that consistently turns out good fighters.
Things to stay away from: _ing _un, aikido, ninjitsu, hapkido, TKD
